The band's poetic lyrics, cutting drums and faultless guitar melodies create an energized rock that bridges the edginess of hardcore and the passion of punk. Edison Glass consists of four friends that began playing music in 1998 on Long Island. Singer/guitarist Joshua Silverberg gathered up his neighbors, brothers Josh "Mountain" (singer/bassist) and Joe Morin (drummer), and friend James Usher (guitarist) to form Mannafest. 2002 brought new musical vision to the band, and with it, a new name: Edison Glass.
